The best thing to do for your CPU is go to http://www.overclock.net/t/373432/q6600-club and ask questions about overclocking that.

For your GPU go here, http://www.overclock.net/t/290417/8800gt-owners-club Do alittle reading and you will figure out how to do everything easily..

Both are easy to OC.. Just make sure your PC case has enough fans in it to get cool air in, hot air out. The easiest way to get more performance is to cool down the insides, and by doing some slight overclocking. If you overclock your cpu and gpu by 10% that could mean alot of extra performance! You have 6gigs of ram, thats more then enough for MTA and and Windows 7, of course upping it to 8gigs would be better, but not necessary.
